The weekly loop
The bot posts the attendance poll to your Telegram group automatically. Players tap In, Sub In, or Out. The poll gets pinned; the old one gets closed.
Anyone who hasn’t answered gets mentioned in a reminder. Starters always; everyone else only while numbers are short. You never send another "who’s in??" message.

The schedule is configurable — poll day, reminder day, game day, and kickoff time are all settings, not assumptions.
Captains are picked from the players who actually said they’re in. Dice rolls (with automatic tie-break re-rolls) decide the pick order, and the draft snakes so picking last isn’t a punishment.
